2.) If you haven't already... sign up at an image hosting site. I use Photobucket.com. Then... upload your image to Photobucket. Once it is uploaded, it will give you 3 different codes as shown below:
3.) In this case, you will want to click in the box with the HTML Code. You only have to click it once and you will get a little yellow message that says Copied... like so:
4.) Now... go to the dashboard of your blog (for Google Blogger... I have no idea how to do it on any other blog service. :( sorry) and choose Layout.
5.) Now choose Add Page Element. When your "Choose a New Page Element" screen comes up, you will want to click on HTML/JavaScript.
5.) Paste the HTML code in the Content box. (You can give it a title or you can leave the Title blank.) Then, just click Save. That should do it.
